Halo Arabia announced that three new members were appointed to the Board of Directors today.
Nicholas Lewin has been a private investor since 2000 operating in both the public and private markets. Mr. Lewin has invested across many industries, and throughout the capital structure. Mr. Lewin invests in special situations and in companies with innovative technologies and strong intellectual property. Mr. Lewin holds a BA from Johns Hopkins University.
Since 1982, Bradley Rotter has been a pioneer in the Hedge Fund industry and has been the first investor in numerous money management boutiques. Mr. Rotter has invested throughout alternative asset classes and around the globe, spanning from oil tankers to satellites. He was awarded the Private Deal of the Year Award by Investors Dealer’s Digest for an innovative structured finance transaction. Mr. Rotter focuses his energy and capital where he can make an impact and he is focused on Homeland Security. He currently serves as Chairman of AirPatrol Corporation, a wireless security company. He serves on numerous private and public company Boards of Directors. Rotter received his MBA from the University of Chicago.
Jesse Walcott currently serves in the Private Equity Group of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P., a leading private investment firm with approximately $25 billion under management in funds and accounts. Prior to Cerberus, Mr. Walcott served as the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at IAP Worldwide Services, Inc., a provider of services to the U.S. Department of Defense, including base camp support, procurement and logistics, food services, and disaster relief. Prior to this, Mr. Walcott served in various positions at Legacy Securities, Inc., a middle-market investment bank, and at J.P. Morgan in the Financial Sponsors Group. Mr. Walcott is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Economics.
